Studio Movie Grill Seminole 7718 113th Street North, Seminole, FL, United States. I didn't make a fuss and just said to give me a refund on my tickets and left. I don't know if the girl just didn't want to do her job and tell me before hand or what her problem was. Then let us stand around for 15 minutes before saying something! By the time my refund was processed and left we had missed all the other movie times theaters that would have let me in with my 1 yr old. But what made me so mad was that they HELPED me print the tickets and knew what movie I was seeing. 2 minutes until we walk in for the movie she came over to tell me that we couldn't see the movie because of my 1 yr old and that the other girls couldn't watch because I wouldn't be there with them. Staffed helped me print the tickets, WHILE I WAS HOLDING MY 1 YR OLD mind you, and then TOLD me the the time we could go into the theater. I purchased our tickets on fandango (no notes about age restrictions other the 17+ needed to accompany minors for R rated). My kids were super excited to be able to go see the demon slayer movie and eat dinner. Won't be back to this theater unless they make some significant changes. I would get the drink I ordered myself if they would let me. Need to find a theater that still does that now. The blatant disregard for customer service but demanding an 18% gratuity for horrible service is absolutely ridiculous. I left the movie because I just couldn't enjoy it anymore. Ended up going to get some bottled water from the bar when the movie finally started to help quench my thirst. I had to complain twice after waiting about 20 minutes. Wrong! They brought out the very dry and stale popcorn out and never brought the drinks. Just went there today and ordered popcorn and a drink thinking that won't be too bad. It usually comes about 30 minutes after your food is served. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Have been there many times since it re-opened following the start of COVID and they're dine-in service has become absolutely awful! They used to be the place to go, but not anymore! Can't get drinks served in any reasonable time frame.
